Appointment Cancellation Policy
At Mega Smile, your dental health is our top priority. In order to provide excellent,
timely care to you and all of our patients, we have an appointment cancellation policy in
place to help us manage our schedule efficiently and fairly.
When you schedule an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. If it is
missed without prior notice, not only is your care delayed, but it also prevents another
patient from receiving treatment during that time. We understand that emergencies and
unexpected situations can occur, and we will always do our best to be understanding
and flexible. However, advance notice is essential to ensure we can accommodate the
needs of all our patients.
To help avoid scheduling issues, please review our policy below:
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
• Notice Required: We kindly ask for at least 24 business hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Example: If your appointment is at 3:00 PM, please notify us by 3:00 PM the previous business day.
• For Monday appointments, notice must be given by 2:00 PM the Friday before.
• Missed appointments without appropriate notice will result in a cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy
- A “no-show” occurs when a patient misses an appointment without notifying us
- Patients who no-show two or more times will be required to prepay for all
future appointments, and cancellation fees will still apply.
